To submit an application and the $100 application fee, you must first determine if you already have a Talent account with us. Please answer the questions below:


  • Have you submitted an Intent Form and/or official transcripts for our IMPACT IE or RCOE Education Specialist Intern Program during a prior program year?
  • Have you taken TPSL coursework with us before?
  • Are you a part of the C3P2T Grant?
  • Have you registered for our CTP Test Prep program?


If you answered "no" to all of the questions, follow these steps:


1. Click on the application link below.

2. Click "Register" and then click "Sign Up"

3. You will be directed to PayPal to submit payment
